Position Summary

We are seeking a product development Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of diagnostic development projects at Sunbird. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the diagnostics or medical device industry.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Prepare and present project status reports to team members and senior management.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

3-5 years of project management experience in the medical device industry.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
