Roles & Responsibilities
Yuka is seeking experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join our dynamic team. You will be required to collaborate with multiple stakeholders that includes Finance, IT and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, and PP. After which, you need provide ongoing support and enhancements to optimize financial processes.
We are offering a 2-year renewable contract based on satisfactory performance and strong performers may be converted to Permanent staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the current business processes in finance and controlling. Identify gaps, issues, and workarounds; act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and clients for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions, including requirement gathering, designing, configuring, documenting functional specifications and change requests, testing, deployment, to end-user support.
- Provide solution design across SAP S / 4HANA FICO modules, including sub-ledgers like AP, AR, GL, and AA, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules for Sales, Purchasing, Production, Inventory and external systems, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test scripts, and support cutover activities during system releases.
- Provide training to end-users, develop training materials, and deliver training for new SAP releases or enhancements.
- Proactively propose process improvements, system enhancements, and value-added solutions to maximize ROI on SAP investments.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, overhead assessments, settlements, and results analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP updates, ECC R / 3, 755, 756, S / 4HANA migrations, and best practices in financial modules.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.SAP certification(s) in relevant modules such as FI, CO, S / 4HANA, MM, SD, PP is preferred.Working knowledge of ECC R / 3 and 755, or 756 with S / 4HANA Finance and integration with analytics tools like BW or APO.Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience with full lifecycle implementation, customization development and support projects.Experience in S / 4HANA with private or public cloud.Proven track records in full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting, go-live and post-go-live support.Work experience in large-scale / multinational projects in the manufacturing or services industries is preferred.Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders (technical and non-technical teams) in English.Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.Strong team collaboration skills.Working Conditions
