Roles & Responsibilities

Job Highlights

  • Salary : Up to $14 per hour
  • Contract Duration : 6-month contract
  • Working Hours : Mon–Thurs : 8 : 30 AM–6 : 00 PM, Fri : 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM
  • Nearest MRT Station : Novena

Job Scope

  • Prepare and print lease documents
  • Send leases to lessees for execution
  • Prepare checklists for title issuance
  • Send executed titles to lessees
  • Handle general administrative duties related to documentation and record management
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail
  • Organized and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
