As the Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT) Consumer Business Insights and Analytics Intern, you will be working with a highly visible and strategic team partnering with the business and be part of a function that sparks corporate imagination You will be integrated into both a dynamic and growing SEAT CBIA team in Haleon, as well as the Area Marketing team in SEAT, with a specific focus on building deep consumer and category understanding and bringing that to life and back into the business.

Preferred School / Course of Intern : Undergraduates or postgraduate students in Social Sciences / Psychology / Communications / Marketing / Business Analytics / Computer Science / Operations Research / Applied Mathematics / Statistics or related disciplines

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for specific projects across our 3 categories, driving analyses in the spaces of :

  • Develop and launch new analytics programs for SEAT, driving broad capability and understanding for use
  • Analyses of innovation trends across SEAT markets with specific category focus-areas to inspire and benchmark Haleon innovation plans / pipelines
  • Looking at new applications of AI in the context of CBIA as 'experimental' pilot projects
  • Analyses of communication in a particular set of SEAT (SouthEast Asia & Taiwan) markets with specific category focus-areas to mine for insights in competitor communication
  • Analyses of innovation trends across SEAT markets with specific category focus-areas to inspire and benchmark Haleon innovation plans / pipelines
  • Setting up certain capability / data analyses workshops for the SEAT CBIA + Area Marketing team from time to time

  • Undergraduates or postgraduate students in Social Sciences / Psychology / Communications / Marketing / Business Analytics / Computer Science / Operations Research / Applied Mathematics / Statistics or related disciplines
  • Proficient in Excel including macros, Power BI, Python / R
  • Analytical and curious mind to challenge the status quo
  • Able to work with large data sets and dig deep when necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset
