Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview

As a cofounder of Fellou.ai , you will focus on the company's financing work, raising the necessary funds for the company's development and supporting the company's strategic expansion and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's financing strategy, including determining financing targets, selecting financing channels, and arranging financing plans.
Establish and maintain good relationships with various investment institutions, banks, and other financial institutions to actively expand financing resources.
Be responsible for the planning, negotiation, and execution of financing projects to ensure the smooth progress of financing activities and the timely availability of funds.
Participate in the company's strategic planning and decision - making, and provide professional financial and funding advice for the company's development.

Qualifications

Have rich financing experience and a successful track record of raising funds for start - up or technology companies.

Be familiar with various financing tools and financial markets, and be able to develop appropriate financing plans according to the company's needs.

Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively communicate and negotiate with investors.

Have strong financial analysis and risk assessment capabilities, and be able to evaluate the risks and returns of financing activities.
