Job descriptionLead process parameter setup, line integration, and validation Conduct first qualification and gap analysis, making updates as necessary Support ramp-up and safe launch plans, ensuring final qualification and smooth transition to operations Assess manufacturing options, perform gap and risk analyses, and develop equipment specifications Select suppliers, conduct tenders, and manage purchase orders Continuously review designs to ensure flawless project execution Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or equivalent 5-7 years of experience in Industrialization and Process Engineering, in a regulated industrial sectors - medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc Good know-how in Lean Manufacturing, ISO 13485, Process Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ) Strong experience in over molding process and equipments design Team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills

- Prepare engineering requirements, business cases, and CAPEX budgets
- Collaborate with local teams for equipment sourcing, installation, and commissioning
