Job Description &

Requirements

The

Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the provision of a high standard

of nursing care to residents. He / She works under the supervision

of the SSN / SN.

Perform resident's Health

Assessment and Reassessment.

Provision

of / Assist in resident's activities of Daily Living

Participate in the provision of Care Management of the

residents.

Participate in the provision of

Infection Control and Resident's Safety of the

residents.

Ensure clear communication,

teamwork and service skills to all partners / collaborated partners

in the healthcare / allied healthcare team to facilitate prompt and

quality standard of care for the resident to promote good quality

of life or end of life care.

Practices

critical thinking and problem solving skills when recognizing

problems, making clinical decision / s in accordance to professional

standards and scope of

practices.

Requirements :

Professional license to practice nursing in

Singapore.

Accredited School of Nursing
