Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead high impact R&D projects & focused on cutting-edge automation technologies
• Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies to improve quality, production efficiency, safety and reliability
• Drive innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that R&D efforts align with business objectives and industry trends
• Manage project delivery, budgets, and resources from concept to full scale implementation
• Collaborate with startups, universities, research institutions, and industry partners to drive innovation
• Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events
• Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development
• Mentor junior technologists and foster knowledge sharing
