Job
As a Team
Lead , you'll be a pivotal leader on the sales floor,
responsible for driving sales, mentoring the team, and ensuring the
seamless operation of the store. You will lead by example,
providing world-class service while taking on key responsibilities
typically handled by both a supervisor and assistant manager. Your
core responsibilities include :
Strategic Sales Leadership :
Take ownership and accountability for store
productivity and sales forecasts . You will develop
and execute strategic plans to address business issues and achieve
desired results.
Team
Development and Performance : Create a
high-energy, sales-and-service-focused
environment . You will identify underperforming staff
and take proactive action to manage their development, while also
recognizing and rewarding individual performance.
Operational Excellence :
Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring the sales floor is
immaculate and well-maintained. You will accurately process sales
transactions, handle all forms of tender, and manage the physical
store environment to ensure visual merchandising and maintenance
standards are consistently met.
Clienteling and Service :
Oversee the customer service environment by providing constant
feedback on service behaviors. You will be a role model in
clienteling, building strong relationships with customers and
ensuring every interaction is a memorable experience that reflects
the brand's prestigious image.
Stakeholder Management :
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and
contractors, to ensure a smooth execution of sales
plans.
Qualifications
and Experience
Proven Leadership : Proven
experience in a leadership or supervisory role within luxury
retail.
Business
Acumen : Possess exceptional business
acumen to develop plans and impact business
results.
Operational
Expertise : Experience in a fast-paced retail
environment with a strong customer
focus and the ability to manage store maintenance
standards.
Flexibility : Comfortable
with a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and
