We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the operations of our manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing both hard and soft services, and who thrives in a fast-paced, scalable environment.

Your new role

• Manage day to day operations of the plant’s infrastructure, including buildings, utilities, security, and equipment.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime.
• Oversee vendor contracts and service providers (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations .
• Handle complaints tactfully and maintain high service standards across the site.
• Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and manage facilities budgets and capital projects.
