Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times; ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on quality, specifications, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize costs and project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of procurement experience; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of machine components is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
