This role bridges the gap between healthcare, technology, and project management. Leveraging deep industry expertise, you will identify opportunities for improvement, propose innovative digital solutions, and drive successful implementation initiatives. You will ensure seamless integration of new technologies, boost staff efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience : At least 15 years in IT, including a minimum of 10 years of combined experience as a Consultant, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Methodologies : Proficient in managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile SDLC frameworks.
• Technical Skills : Strong technical background in software development and IT operations.
• Communication : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and product eams.
• Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactiveness : A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly.
• Language : Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
