Clinic Assistant (Patient Service | Specialist Clinic)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening time and ensure proper closing after end of business hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of clinic, at counter, dispensary room, treatment zones and common areas.
• Manage reception duties and maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained
• Submit the Medisave / insurance claims applications.
• Perform general administrative duties
• Assist medical staff during their duty hours.
• Dispensing medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to prescriptions, under supervision.
• Manage inventory of dispensary items.
• Chaperone doctors who require assistance
• Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager
