As the official distributor for UCLEAR Digital communication systems, Blue Connect manages global sales and marketing of UCLEAR's range of Bluetooth intercoms, audio, and wearable communication devices. Position Overview
The UCLEAR Sales Associate will play a key role in expanding UCLEAR's presence in Singapore and the region. This role involves direct customer engagement and / or dealer support, and participation in marketing activities such as exhibitions and roadshows. The ideal candidate is energetic, tech-savvy, and passionate about motorcycling, cycling, or outdoor adventure products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Promote and sell UCLEAR communication products across retail, online, and distribution channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer support for setup, pairing, and troubleshooting.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media professionally and promptly.
2. Dealer & Channel Development
Support existing dealers with merchandising, display setup, and product knowledge updates.Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners.Collect dealer and market feedback to improve pricing, promotions, and brand positioning.Monitor dealer inventory and coordinate restocks with the logistics team.3. Marketing & Events Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and roadshows.Participate in events such as Singapore Motorshow, Malaysia Bike Week, and regional exhibitions .Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital content (e.g., videos, reels, social posts).Ensure consistent UCLEAR brand presentation in all promotional activities.4. Reporting & Administration
Prepare weekly sales reports, leads follow-up summaries, and market updates.Maintain accurate customer and dealer dataLiaise with internal teams for order processing, invoicing, and stock management.Requirements
Experience in consumer electronics, retail sales, or channel management (motorcycle accessories or outdoor products preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Canva / WixPassionate about motorcycles, cycling, or adventure tech products.Working Conditions
5-day work week with occasional weekends for events or exhibitions.Local and regional travel is required.Attractive basic salary plus commission and performance incentives.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
