Job descriptionOversee overall project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations Monitor site progress, identify key activities, and expedite workflows to achieve project targets Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including consultants and subcontractors / suppliers, ensuring flawless project execution Deliver projects according to the agreed timeline, scope, and budget constraints Execute projects in compliance with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements Manage resource availability and allocation effectively Develop detailed plans to monitor and track progress Manage and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using proper verification methods Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential project risks Evaluate project performance using suitable tools and techniques. Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Handle all construction site-related matters, including safety and regulatory compliance Provide regular project updates to management Perform additional duties as assigned Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Building, recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control for application of Resident Engineer Min 8 years of relevant experience as a Contractor, including previous roles as a Project Manager Min. 8 years of experience in managing design and construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height or projects of similar scale and complexity Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg .
