- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical or Relevant Engineering.
- Pro-active and willing to take initiative at work
- Possesses Good customer service and communication skills
- Experience in meter management and interfacing with customer will be added advantage
What you'll be doing on the job
To co-ordinate with vendors for meter installation.To attend to customer’s enquiries and troubleshoot customer’s issues.To follow up on high variance of the energy / power consumption.To follow up on the meter reading which is not obtainable by vendor or from Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) SystemTo carry out investigation on high and low variance month consumptionDaily process of online workflowArrangement of periodic and Ad-hoc meter reading.To monitor AMR Alert.Installation & Testing of meterLiaise with other authority on metering matters
