Compliance Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's compliance programs are effective and up-to-date.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct regular reviews of KYC documentation, identify deficiencies, and monitor follow-up actions
• Manage enquiries from stakeholders
• Assess users' feedback and liaise with vendors to address system issues
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly
• Draft compliance reports and memoranda
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct gap analyses and improve internal processes
• Perform regular reviews of customer activities
• Investigate escalations and draft Suspicious Transactions Reports
• Handle general information requests from authorities and auditors
• Conduct training sessions to promote staff awareness of regulatory requirements and internal standards
