Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration

Knowledge of :

Windows OS (client & server)

Network support (LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)

PC setup and troubleshooting

Basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)

IT security (antivirus, firewalls, user access control)

Familiarity with ERP / MES systems

Familiarity with printers, scanners, barcode systems

Requirement :

Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
