Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to join our Singapore team. This role bridges project teams, office departments, and management — ensuring quality, cost, and progress targets are met across multiple engineering projects.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, monitor performance and cost efficiency, coordinate resources, and support management in strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering foundation and leadership capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle — from initiation to completion, including mobilization, reporting, handover, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and cost; analyze performance data and provide timely support to site teams.
• Prepare and present regular project, risk, and performance reports for management review.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and HR to optimize supply chain, verify project data, and support manpower planning.
• Conduct risk reviews and ensure mitigation plans are effectively implemented.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and compliance actions.
• Facilitate communication across teams, consultants, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution.
