Senior Commissioning Engineer - Data Centre (East Area, 5.5 days) - LEIGHTON CONTRACTORS (ASIA) LIMITED (Singapore Branch)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the commissioning process for critical data center systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and other essential infrastructure).
• Perform rigorous testing, start-up, and validation of all data centre systems to ensure they meet design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test scripts, procedures, reports, and as-built drawings, ensuring that all commissioning activities are thoroughly recorded.
• Identify, document, and resolve issues during the commissioning process. Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, and project managers to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all commissioned systems adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on commissioning progress to commissioning manager.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of commissioning processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future projects.
