As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations, effective IT governance has never been more important. We need someone who can ensure our technology services are reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Governance Manager to lead our governance framework, drive compliance with international standards, and ensure our IT services consistently meet regulatory, contractual, and business requirements. You’ll play a key role in embedding strong governance practices, building trust with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across our IT service delivery.

• Develop and maintain IT governance and compliance frameworks aligned to business goals.
• Ensure compliance with standards like ISO27001, ISO9001, ITIL, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities to strengthen IT service delivery.
• Define and enforce policies that promote accountability, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Partner with clients, regulators, and senior stakeholders to build trust and transparency.
