Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Curriculum and Training Specialist who are committed to helping young learners build strong reading and literacy foundations. You will be part of an established international education organisation with a proven methodology and supportive teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and refine English curriculum content aligned with the MOE syllabus
• Guiding teachers through training, mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Managing academic teams, supporting teacher–parent communication, and overseeing student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior management on department planning, conduct workshops
• Teach selected Primary English classes to ensure curriculum quality.
• Supports social media engagement through educational content and live sessions.

Requirements :

Working Hours : 3 weekdays + 2 weekend

Working Location : Islandwide locations available

Salary : $7,000
