Roles & Responsibilities

Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) Co., Ltd and has a wide range of clientele ranging from local SMEs to multinational companies. Cogent owns one of Singapore's largest one-stop integrated logistics hub, Cogent 1.Logistics Hub. It offers warehousing, freight forwarding, container and ISO tank depot, automotive logistics, and transportation services in Singapore. It also operates warehousing and container depot businesses in Malaysia.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in project management and co-ordinate with in-house developer, vendor, customer and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet project scope, budget and schedule with proper project plan
• Translate requirement from business unit to applications
• Analyze user's requirements, feasibility, cost, time and resources required, compatibility with current systems, potential problem area and recommending solutions for projects
• Responsible for the maintenance of application changes request
• Provide application support, including but not limited to conducting training to users, application server maintenance, data analysis
• Responsible for creation of all system documentations, and to ensure that they are kept up to date.
• Work closely with external vendors and internal uses in the development / support of the new system
