About the Role

As a Naval Architect, you will lead the technical execution of complex shipbuilding projects, ensuring engineering solutions are innovative, compliant, and aligned with project goals. You will act as the technical authority across the project lifecycle—from design validation to sea trials—ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Oversee the technical integrity of vessel designs, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the review and approval process for major equipment and material specifications.
• Serve as the primary liaison with classification societies, flag states, and regulatory bodies.
• Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with OEMs, clients, and certification authorities.
