Job Title : Store Manager

We are a retail company focused on providing daily essential groceries such as canned food, rice, fresh fish, meat, and household items. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we aim to deliver quality products at affordable prices. We are seeking a responsible and experienced Store Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of one of our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the grocery store to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage store staff including scheduling, training, and performance supervision
Ensure adequate stock levels of all essential products, especially fresh produce and meat
Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the purchasing team
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Supervise product displays, store layout, and promotional activities
Track sales performance and support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies
Coordinate with headquarters on pricing, promotions, and logistics matters

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery setting

Good understanding of store operations, especially handling perishable goods like meat and fish

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices

Familiar with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.

Working Hours

6-day work week including weekends and public holidays

Shift work may be required based on store needs
