Fire Safety Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• 2 vists a month
• Assist to establish a Fire Safety Committee and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• Assist to develop and implement Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in accordance to the Fire Safety (ERP) regulations 2013.
• Carryout Fire Safety Manager Inspection with report
• Conduct Emergency Evacuation Exercise (Fire Drill) and Prepare Post Report.
• Conduct Table Top Exercise (TTE) and prepare post-mortem reports.
• FSM Annual Report to Owner
• Set up Fire Safety Committee Meeting
• Review and update of Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
• To endorse on Fire Certificate Renewal form (FSSD-CED-FC01 / 02 / 03)
• Liaise and coordinate with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on all matters pertaining to fire safety and its requirement on behalf of the client and provide advisory on fire safety related matters and any other requirements as per Fire Safety Act.
