Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview :

Reporting to the Head of Aftersales, theMechanic / Senior Mechanic / Head Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles and equipment are maintained and repaired efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a technical Electric Vehicle background, proven leadership abilities, and extensive hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, mechanical repairs, and servicing vehicles in an authorized dealership environment.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring overall operation of the garage, including safety, cleanliness and workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform quality control checks before vehicle delivery
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies or recurring issues in repairs processed; implement root-cause solutions
• Responsible for ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to a schedule to minimize breakdowns and maximize performance
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all repairs, maintenance activities and parts usage
• Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for maintenance and repairs
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
