Job Summary

You will coordinate and move palletised cargo using MHE/Forklift, manage unpacking and packing of palletised cartons, liaise with customer operations, assign deliveries to drivers, plan efficient routes, and monitor drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE/Forklift to move and coordinate palletised cargo safely and efficiently
• Unpack and pack palletised cartons to prepare shipments for delivery
• Communicate with customer operations to manage and maintain smooth flow of logistics operations
• Input delivery and collection data accurately and assign tasks to drivers
• Ensure all delivery requirements are met to maintain customer satisfaction
• Plan delivery routes effectively to optimize time and improve turnaround rates
• Monitor drivers during deliveries to identify and resolve obstacles promptly

Required competencies and certifications

[Forklift Certification/MHE Movement Experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and customers
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and data input
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks and operate machinery safely
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and customers

Other Information

• On the job training is provided
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm; Saturday, 8am to 1pm
• Salary range: $2200 to $3000
• Overtime paid hourly
• Sunday or Public Holiday work paid at $120/day
