Logistics Executive (Wed - Sun | East) - WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping documentation and track all shipment movements, including POD updates, to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and logistics planners to forecast shipments, plan deliveries, and streamline the order-to-delivery process.
• Manage damaged shipment claims and liaise with warehouse, facility, and finance teams on operational matters such as recycling and supplier invoicing.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Monitor material inflow and product outflow to meet customer timelines while ensuring full compliance with customs, trade, and cross-border shipping regulations.
• Prepare and deliver regular logistics performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
