Job Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and calibrate semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper operation before production use.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize breakdowns, extending the life of machines, and ensuring the consistency of product output.
- Diagnose and repair faulty semiconductor equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and software issues, to minimize production delays.
- Work with engineers and production teams to optimize equipment processes and improve performance, yield, and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, equipment status reports, and documentation for compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide training to operators and other technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques, ensuring safe practices are followed.
- Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel
Job Requirements
Hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance will be a plus, specifically with tools such as Wet Etch, Dry Etch, Plating, Metrology, Wafer Bonders, Resist Coaters, Developers and / or SputteringSolid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot and maintain tools within these categories.High school diploma or equivalent required.
