Roles & Responsibilities
Nanyang Land Development Pte. Ltd. is a new construction and real estate development company involved in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and support management in achieving project and business objectives.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in managing finances for project-based or construction-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management for ongoing projects.
- Conduct project cost tracking and financial analysis to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Perform financial modeling, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new development projects.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on all compliance matters.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, banking transactions, and vendor payments.
- Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Support management with financial insights for business planning and investment decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Supply Chain ManagementAt least 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or project management within the construction or real estate sector.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cost analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets).Understanding of Singapore tax and statutory compliance preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Tell employers what skills you have
