Customer Service Coordinator/ Sales Support (Jurong/ West)

Key Responsibilities:

• To create and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customer
• To fulfil responsibilities under the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and so far as reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare of the team
• To achieve customer satisfaction by application of the Quality Management System
• To be the contact point for customer for PO receiving and delivery schedule
• To liaise daily with Production personnel regarding job status
• Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
• Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements
• In addition to these duties/responsibilities employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Marketing or equivalent
• Relevant Industrial Training Certification
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Analytical and creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to set and achieve targets
• Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to liaise with clients and interpret their requirements
• Good organizational and time management skills
