About the job :
People & Culture function plays a key role in Synpulse APAC's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestones. As a P&C Generalist, you will have hands-on experience in supporting the end-to-end P&C processes for the Singapore office. You will have the opportunity to meet various stakeholders to learn about the unique challenges that the function is facing in the consulting business. Through all this, you will fine-tune your research and analytical skills by creating and implementing strategies to make the function more efficient and productive.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full employee lifecycle : This includes administrative onboarding, new hire orientations, mobility, and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all employees.
- Coordinate the performance management cycle : Facilitate the timely administration of appraisals and annual reviews, providing necessary guidance and support to employees and managers throughout the process.
- Support local and overseas academy trainings : Coordinate logistics, registration, and proactively identify training needs while tracking effectiveness.
- Support strategic HR initiatives and new policies : Help implement new programs, ensuring regional compliance and alignment with business goals.
- Leverage HR data for employee insights : Maintain accurate and confidential HR data in our HRIS to identify trends, analyse employee feedback, and produce reports that inform data-driven decisions on workforce strategies and employee well-being.
- Handle all administrative HR matters : This covers government claims, timesheet approvals, leave tracking, and certification letters, and accurate payroll management, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries : Interpret HR policies and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist with recruitment activities : This may include supporting the recruitment process from initial outreach to candidate finalisation, and campus recruitment
About you : Requirements :
Degree holder with a focus in HREntry-level HR experience is welcome. We're looking for individuals with foundational HR knowledge who can quickly adapt and grow within the role.Experience with recruitment in Technology and Financial Services sector will be an advantageExperience with HR matters in other countries in APAC, ie., Australia and other APAC countries will be an advantageFamiliar with Singapore's labour law & regulationsMeticulous and ability to work in a face-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office and O365Excellent written and spoken English;Engaging presentation and communication skillsEntrepreneurial spiritAvailable within short noticeWhy us :
