Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Technician to join our Retail Management Services team. This position reports directly to the Head of Retail Management Services and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our retail stores.
Working days :
- Monday - Friday, Saturday (half-day)
Working hours :
10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)9 AM - 1 PM (Saturday)Responsibilities :
Assist the HOD and Project Manager in all managing facilities maintenanceProvide technical and maintenance support to retail stores and internal departmentsPrompt attention to maintenance requests and work closely with Retail Operations to solve issues timelyAdhere to SOPs and processes to enhance service deliveryLiaise with contractors on renovation or maintenance works when necessaryPerform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to timeRequirements :
Certificate / Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical EngineeringPossess valid Class 2B licence and own motor vehicleAt least 3 years of experience in Retail / Building Facilities maintenance5.5 days’ work week and available to work standby duties when requiredKeen and able to carry out electrical repair works and perform handyman tasks
Hands-on, proactive and takes ownership of tasks under his / her responsibility
