Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Technician to join our Retail Management Services team. This position reports directly to the Head of Retail Management Services and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our retail stores.

Working days :

Monday - Friday, Saturday (half-day)

Working hours :

10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)

9 AM - 1 PM (Saturday)

Responsibilities :

Assist the HOD and Project Manager in all managing facilities maintenance

Provide technical and maintenance support to retail stores and internal departments

Prompt attention to maintenance requests and work closely with Retail Operations to solve issues timely

Adhere to SOPs and processes to enhance service delivery

Liaise with contractors on renovation or maintenance works when necessary

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements :

Certificate / Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Possess valid Class 2B licence and own motor vehicle

At least 3 years of experience in Retail / Building Facilities maintenance

5.5 days’ work week and available to work standby duties when required

Keen and able to carry out electrical repair works and perform handyman tasks

Hands-on, proactive and takes ownership of tasks under his / her responsibility
