Job Responsibilities :
Support, provide administrative support and manage daily sales operation and sales teamAttend to calls and enquiries, process customer order, planning, scheduling and liaise with customer for order deliverySupport project department in documentation preparation, filing, recording and updatingHandle quotation and knowledgeable in purchase order, delivery order, sales order and invoicingAssists in preparation and submission of relevant report and documents for tenderVendor sourcing and procurementStock monitoring and recordingMonitor shipment of orderISO preparation & filingConduct sites visit where requireAny other ad hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements :
Possess minimum Nitec and / or Diploma or related fieldMust for AutoCAD and Microsoft office applicationsPrior experience in AutoCAD of Mechanical EngineeringCandidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume
