Sales Admin Assistant (Up to $3000) West

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders in internal accounting system.
• Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
• Support finance team with information needed for various invoicing matters.
• Tracking project license and maintenance dates and reminding customers in advance when renewals are due.
• Help with maintaining and optimizing sales team’s process including, but not limited to, housekeeping contact records in CRM system, knowledge base, document repository, etc.
• Assist in execution of various sales campaigns as required by Business Development team.
• Assist Business Development team with tasks related to customers inquiries such as liaising with suppliers, follow ups, etc, gaining knowledge related to offerings along the way.
