Overview
We
are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Operations Management
Coordinator to support our sales team in driving
operational excellence, process efficiency, and revenue growth.
This role will serve as the backbone of the sales function,
ensuring smooth coordination across teams, accurate reporting, and
continuous improvement of sales
processes.
Key
Responsibilities
Sales Operations
Support
Assist in the development,
implementation, and optimization of sales processes, tools, and
systems.
Coordinate daily operations between sales,
marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment.
Manage CRM updates, ensure data accuracy, and
generate regular performance reports.
Performance Tracking &
Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards
to monitor sales metrics (pipeline, revenue targets, conversion
rates, etc.).
Provide analysis and insights to support
decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Process Improvement &
Compliance
Identify bottlenecks and
recommend improvements to streamline workflows.
Ensure
sales activities comply with internal policies and external
regulations.
Support the adoption of best practices across
the sales organization.
Coordination &
Communication
Act as a liaison between
sales leadership and frontline sales teams.
Organize and
coordinate sales meetings, trainings, and quarterly
reviews.
Facilitate effective communication of priorities,
goals, and
initiatives.
Requirements
Education &
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2-4
years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or
business operations.
Experience with sales performance
tools.
Skills &
Competencies
Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities with attention to
detail.
Excellent organizational skills; able to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced
proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with
reporting / BI tools a plus.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to work effectively across
teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working
independently and collaboratively.
Preferred
Knowledge
of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Experience
in project coordination or process improvement
initiatives.
Ability to work with cross-border or regional
sales
teams.
