Roles & Responsibilities

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and cost control
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion
• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate between departments (sales, marketing, finance, logistic, operations) to ensure alignment
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines
• Direct reporting to General Manager
