Job descriptionPrepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ needs and learning levels. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum. Use innovative teaching methods to enhance understanding and retention. Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. Provide regular feedback and performance reports to students and parents. Assign and evaluate practice work, quizzes, and assessments. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment. Maintain discipline and encourage active student participation. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning paces. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to parents / guardians. Provide guidance on study techniques and exam preparation. Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.
Roles & Responsibilities
SUBJECT TUITION TEACHER (ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or a related field (preferred) or Diploma in Education, Teaching, or relevant certification for non-degree holders).
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the local curriculum.
- Professional teaching certification (optional but advantageous).
