Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution Develop comprehensive project plans, setting milestones, deadlines, and resource requirements.

Lead the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, and timelines.

Monitor and report project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.

Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining transparent and consistent communication.

Facilitate discussions to identify project needs, risks, and opportunities, and ensure that stakeholders are informed of project status and any issues.

Promote a collaborative approach with internal and external teams to align goals and expectations.

Risk Management Identify and evaluate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.

Proactively manage any issues or conflicts, leveraging problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum.

Resource Coordination Coordinate with HR, finance, and operations to allocate resources and budget efficiently.

Manage project budgets to ensure all deliverables are met within allocated financial resources.

Foster a supportive environment where team members can contribute effectively and reach their potential.

Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance and feedback.

Implement best practices and innovative approaches to optimize project outcomes.

Encourage a culture of learning and development within the team, supporting professional growth.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a technology-focused industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
