Maintain visually stunning merchandising displays to captivate our customers. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support retail operations. Requirements Previous experience in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred. Demonstrated passion for high-end fashion and a keen eye for detail. Energetic, proactive, and adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Working Hours10am-8pm or 12pm to 10pm, including weekends and public holidays, in alignment with retail hours.
