Roles & Responsibilities

Retail Executive

• Full-time position (44 hours a week)
• Basic English is preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Diligent, self-spontaneous and active learner
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Those with sales experience are preferred, training will be provided for those without any sales experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good interactions and patient with customers
• Sharing health and product knowledge to customers
• Educate customer regarding the benefits of electric potential therapy (training will be provided)
• Complete the tasks given by the company and the superior (KPI) on stipulated time
• Sales performance completed as a team, there is no competition for customers
• Work with the team to complete the experiential marketing model and get rewards
• Provide customers with good after-sales service
