Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

Handle sales inquiries from online platforms, phone calls, emails, messages, and referrals.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
Generate and follow up on quotations, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
Work closely with relevant branches to facilitate customer viewings, move-ins, and other logistical arrangements.
Ensure that the customer database is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Job Requirements :

At least O Levels or equivalent qualifications.

Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.

Friendly, solution-oriented, and proactive in addressing customer needs.

Patient and understanding with a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people.

Capable of working independently as well as collaborating within a team.
