Job descriptionMin. NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent Min. 0-3 year of relevant technical hands-on experience in final test manufacturing equipment , preferably from semiconductor industry. Self-discipline with a positive, pro-active attitude & abundance curiosity to learn and expand personal knowledge and skills. Able to work effectively with a global & multi-cultural team.

Support engineering teams in development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment.
Job Description
In your new role you will :
- Support engineering teams in development & qualification of new technology solutions in a Back-end Final Test manufacturing environment
- Support engineering teams in operating & troubleshooting of engineering equipment & test hardware in production manufacturing line. (Tester, Handler, Buri-in ovens, Scanning Eqpt, Loadboard & Contactors.
- Responsible for both software and hardware testing in engineering equipment.
- Prepare and update report if there is any finding during equipment testing.
