The Technical Manager plays a critical role in managing, designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and reliable network infrastructure for our organization. This role ensures the optimal performance of our customer' IT infrastructure as well as the protection of their data and systems from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities :

• Network Design and Implementation : Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures. Install and configure network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
• Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security incidents. Perform scheduled maintenance, software upgrades, and security patches.
• Security Administration : Implement and manage network security solutions (firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, access controls, etc.). Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Respond to security incidents and investigate breaches.
• Security Awareness and Compliance : Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Conduct security awareness training for employees. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation in network and security configurations, procedures, and incidents.
