We are seeking an IT Specialist to assist the IT Manager in managing enhancements and resolving issues for our Clinical System built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role includes vendor management of related subsystems and participation in the upcoming upgrade to Microsoft PowerApps. It is ideal for individuals with technical or functional expertise who can supervise development teams, ensure proper documentation, conduct QA testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing and training.
