Roles & Responsibilities

The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is dedicated to promoting kidney health and providing quality, highly subsidised dialysis treatment and holistic care to patients. We strive to be an advocate and integrator for the community, by the community.

We are seeking an IT Specialist to assist the IT Manager in managing enhancements and resolving issues for our Clinical System built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role includes vendor management of related subsystems and participation in the upcoming upgrade to Microsoft PowerApps. It is ideal for individuals with technical or functional expertise who can supervise development teams, ensure proper documentation, conduct QA testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing and training. Your responsibilities are as follows :

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage change requests and escalated support tickets.
  • Ensure comprehensive system documentation.
  • Conduct business requirement and design review sessions.
  • Supervise development teams and perform quality control via scenario testing and source code review.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training.
  • Support system deployment and regression testing.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies or a related field.
  • Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of technical or functional experience in Microsoft .NET (Web applications).
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL and SSRS.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Dynamics CRM (2015 or other versions).
  • Exposure to healthcare or finance domains is a plus.
  • Experience integrating with external or government systems is a plus.
