Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. 1–3 years’ experience in Product / Test Engineering; foundry process knowledge preferred. Strong understanding of Digital, Mixed Signal, and RF test concepts. Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE (advantage). Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and tools (JMP, CEDA, DataPower, Optimal+). Knowledge of scripting (Perl / Java / VBA) and automation / reporting tools (advantage). Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products from development to production release.
- Collaborate with Test Engineering and Production teams on debug, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement.
- Define and align testing requirements with customers and ensure smooth production release.
- Coordinate with foundries and subcontractors to resolve production issues.
- Prepare reports on status, guard bands / test limits, correlation, and yield summaries.
- Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate reduction during production ramp-up.
