Roles & Responsibilities

As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of professional massage and bodywork services to our diverse clientele. Your primary goal is to help clients relieve pain, reduce stress, recover from injuries, and improve their overall well-being. You will work in a serene, supportive environment where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Client Care & Service :

Perform a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports Massage, Prenatal) based on client needs and preferences.

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, goals, and any contraindications.

Develop customized treatment plans for clients seeking therapeutic outcomes.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.

Provide clear aftercare recommendations and wellness advice.

Clinic & Operational Excellence :

Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment room before and after each session.

Manage appointment schedule, client records, and payments efficiently using our [booking software, e.g., Mindbody, Booker].

Adhere to all state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Maintain inventory of linens and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Team Collaboration & Growth :

Collaborate with other wellness professionals (e.g., estheticians, chiropractors, fitness trainers) to provide integrated client care.

Actively participate in promoting our services and building a loyal client base.

Contribute to a positive, harmonious, and supportive team environment.

Who We Are Looking For : Qualifications & Requirements

Required :

Valid state massage therapy license in good standing.

At least 3 years working experience in Singapore

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and create a trusting, relaxing environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) :

years of professional experience in a spa or clinical setting.

A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
