Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to forecast workforce requirements and identify critical roles.
- Finding and attracting qualified candidates, including passive talent, through various recruitment channels.
- Providing a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Interviewing candidates, reviewing applications, and selecting individuals who meet job standards and align with company values.
- Managing the process of integrating new hires into the company.
- Using data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Ensuring all hiring practices comply with relevant policies and regulations
Requirement :
