Business Analyst (UAT) - Contract - AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties :

• Help ensure the project is delivered on time and with good quality.
• Join discussions with stakeholders, suggest solutions, and document business needs and rules.
• Work closely with stakeholders and team leads to keep the project on schedule.
• Turn business needs into test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Carry out UAT and keep proper records of the results.
• Monitor and track any issues, and work with IT to fix them within the timeline.
• Lead meetings with IT to review and resolve defects, when needed.
• Create training materials and train users.
• Check that the system works properly after it goes live.
• Look for ways to improve processes and stay valuable to the business.
